Position Overview
- Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
- Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to promote Shaadi.com’s premium services.
- Make outbound calls to members, offering tailored products to enhance their partner search.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year in telesales (Freshers from the 2024 batch are also welcome).
- Languages: Proficiency in Tamil with basic English communication skills.
- Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th pass preferred).
- Age: 18 – 32 years.
What We Offer
- Salary (Chennai) : ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 take-home per month + attractive incentives.
- Salary (Mumbai) : ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 take-home per month + attractive incentives
- Benefits: Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI).
